Lower right side/back pain?
have been experiencing lower back pain on the right side, almost on my hip and its fairly intense. IT doesn't seem to be life altering as I have seen those with Kidney Stones suffer from that type of pain. I can't sit comfortably, no position works I just feel constant stabbing pain. IT doesn't get more intense if I breathe in and I haven't had a fever. It has been occuring for arounf a week and a half. It was kinda of odd actually, it started and last for about 4 day (It just was mild pain then with some intense moments) then went away for like 4 days and now is back pretty intense for about 3 days. Its like my entire right side of my body hurts depending on how I am sitting. Does anyone have any ideas or expeience? I would appreciate any feedback, thank you.

1. Pinched muscles in your back would cause pain like that. when you have pinched muscles the pressure from your body changes where it sits on the pinched area and for each different way you sit you are either going to have more pressure or less pressure, which dictates the amount of pain you will be in. Once you release the muscles in your back this pain should be gone. Here's how to release them:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
Before doing them take a deep breath and exhale, then try to keep your body this relaxed for best results.
