How can I stop inner ankle pain caused by/during running?
I am new to running and am experiencing inner ankle pain while I am running. The pain is in both ankles. What is the problem and how do I correct it?

1. You got possibilities here. First, ice your ankles after you run. See if that helps. You might want to ease up on the distances you run.
If those don't help, and they might not, you probably have to look into how you're running. Your gait. You probably don't realize it but your feet are supinating and putting stress on the inside of your ankles. One solution is to get good running shoes. Try them on and see which one's fit the best. I got a good pair of running shoes and it made a world of difference on my feet. If you've got good running shoes, look into buying inserts for them. It helps keep the feet in good position so you're not stressing one part of your foot more than another.
