Fibromyalgia sufferers.. ok are you on any special diets to control the symptoms of your Fibromyalgia? below..?
Like recipes, foods to eat, foods to eliminate, everything I need to know cause all I do is sleep, sleep, and sleep. Also of course I get headaches and pain al the time. But I found out that certain foods can trigger your fibromyalgia symptoms like sugar, gluten, fatty foods, butter, ect. I am having such a hard time eating the right foods and staying on track it is so hard to stick with it and eat better for myself so I don't have to feel like a slug all the time. I hate it so much. So any good advice would be helpful thanks.

I know of no diet for this, my friend that went to the Mayo clinic feels the same, fibromyalgia is a symptom not a disease, when they don't know what else to tell you and it looks like arthritis and rheumatism but doesn't then they call it fibromyalgia, we along with others have had it for years now, there's no treatment for it only pain relief.

you may be able to take the edge of by maximizing your nutritional balance--and therefore eliminating thise complications--but it will not help the fibro itself

proclaiming false cures is dangerous---even though the site itself does not sell anything--you must buy ingredients for a cure.
thick/overacidic body fluids can cause pain and fatigue--but that is not real Fibro-----the founder of fibrofix would probably believe a doctor who told her she was really a man---she was obviously misdiagnosed and refuses to see reality.

fibrofix also referes to liver and thyroid fibromyalgia--that is wrong--
thyroid problems are their own distinct medical problem--the symptoms of a liver disorder or a thyroid disorder are NOT real fibro....

4. The diet that seems to have helped more fibro patients is a diet filled with fresh fruits and veggies, lean meats, low fat dairy , whole grains and lots of water. Avoid carbonated beverages, anything with nutrasweet in it, all caffeine sources , sugar and starchy foods can cause one of the more common symptoms of reactive hypoglycemia which is a big problem for fibro patients. In other words, eat a fresh foods diet as close to natural as possible.
