does a gluten free diet cure fibromyalgia?

1. nO

2. A gluten free diet won't hurt you but I'm not sure about a relationship between coeliac disease and fibromyalgia.

3. A gluten free diet will probably not cure fibromyalgia. HOWEVER, it is possible for someone with celiac disease to get a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. A celiac disease researcher estimates that 9 percent of adults ultimately diagnosed with celiac disease were originally diagnosed with fibromyalgia since the symptoms are similar.
So it will not hurt to get tested for celiac disease and/or try a gluten free diet for a couple of months and see if your symptoms get better. Keep in mind that if you go on a gluten free diet and you get better and then decide to get tested, you will have to reintroduce gluten into your diet before the test can be accurate so the easiest thing to do is get tested(blood work and possibly an endoscopic exam) and then go gluten free.
Good luck, hope this helped.

4. definately not-it may cure somethign else that has similar symptoms to Fibromyalgia-

I think Celiacs diseases is the condition where you can't have gluten
