What do you do for headaches in pregnancy?

in my first trimester i had horrible horrible headaches that would last sometimes for days. they went away in the second, but now im starting my third trimester and theyre starting to come back! i cant take tylenol. is there anything else that has worked for you guys?

1. There really isnt anything OTC that you can take. If its a sinus headache you could try mucinex I believe that's safe. Otherwise you will have to ask your doctor to prescribe something. Some stronger (and some narcotic) pain relievers are safe at the end of pregnancy in small amounts.

2. I'm a guy and have never been pregnant, but try this, the fleshy area on your hand between your thumb and forefinger, use your other fingers, your thumb any your forefinger, and massage that area, slowly increasing the pressure your massaging it.
