Do you have to be congested to get a sinus headache?
I've been having headaches that hurt in my face and brows but my sinuses are clear.

1. r u sure? did u get yr x ray done??????? if they r ok, then chances of sinus headache r less... sinus headache occcurs when secretions get accumulated in d sinusesdue to poor dainage which is mostlydue to stuffed nose,deviated nasal septum.... etc..since u have pain on face and brows.... it is pointing towards sinus involvement.... get yr investigation done again.....other thing with similar presentation can be eye strain or dental pain...all d best
