What is a safe method of pain relief for back ache while pregnant?
Im 16 weeks and have lower back ache! is what is safe? i know i can take paracetamol but that doesn't seem to help! are the heat pads safe and if so do you know which ones are best?

1. Have your dr. prescribe you something...usually tylenol. Heating pds on your back is just fine!2. I also have bad back pain, my doc gave me co-codamol. That helps a lot. But I am going to be seeing a physiotherapist soon because of the extra weight.
3. don't know if you've heard of a TENS machine, can help with general back pain, and some can also help with labour pains as well, though not all are for both I think, they go from £20+
