Diet is very important to our Recovery from Fibromyalgia /CFS/M.E
as the cause of fibromyalgia is  to many phosphates in our blood stream and when our body has to many phosphates they get thowen into our muscle cells  and then when we eat crabs , they trun into sugar, the insulin deposits the sugar along with phosphates into our cells. So everytime  we eat carbs we are counteracting the exact biochemical thing that the Guaifenesin does  ; Guaifenesin takes the phosphates out of our cells, carbs put phosphates into the cells  so thats why when we eat crabs Sugar in any form and junk that causes etc phosphates to go into our cells then the ++ fibromyalgia pain
Carbohydrates- Chemicals made up of carbon, hydrogen, and oxyen that provide the body with one of its tow main sources of energy( the other fats) . Sugars and starches are carbohydrates. Although we usally read about two types of carbohydrates, simple and complex there are actually 3 classifications: monosaccharides( Glucose, galactose,frucose), Disaccharides( sucrose,lactose, maltose) and Polysaccharides ( starch, cellulose) ingested carbohydrates rise the blood sugar, and the  pancreas responds with release of insulin.
there is also an illness that overlaps Fibromyalgia which is called Hypoglycemia
Which 40% of fibromyalagia people suffer with and dont even know it!! you can get Hypoglycemia without having Fibromyalgia/Cfs.M.E and still not know you have it!
The Chronic Symptoms of Hypoglycemia
Are as follows:
: Fatigue, Insomnia,( not sleeping)
: Nervousness, Depression, irritabillity.
:Dizziness, faintness
: Blurring of Vision
: Ringing ears
; Gas abdominal cramps, Diarrhea
: Numbness/tingling of hands and feet, face.
: Flushing/sweating
; Foot/leg cramps
: Bitemporal or frontal headaches
:impaired memory and concentration

Acute Symptoms
: Heart pounding
:palpitations or heart irregularities
:Panic attacks
: Nightmares and severe sleep disturbances
: Faintness or syncope
Acute anxiety
: Hand or inner shaking tremor
:Sweating
:frontal headache or pressure.

Fibromyalgics with hypoglycemia must follow a low carbohydrate diet as prescribed, or they will not feel better, even when guaifenesin clears the lesions of fibromyalgia. Though not mandatory, fibromyalgics with carbohydrate craving will get a "jump-start" with similar dietary modifications for the first thirty days of treatment. Carbohydrates (sugars and starches) release insulin. This hormone not only induces kidney reabsorption of phosphate but also drives it into various cells and intensifies symptoms. Elimination of the following foods prevents the wide fluctuations of blood sugar that allows a surge in energy and lessens bouts of fatigue.

Foods to Avoid Strictly:
All alcohol, dried fruits, fruit juice, baked beans, refried beans, lima beans, barley, black-eyed peas (cowpeas), lentils, garbanzos, rice, bananas, pasta (all types), flour tortillas as in burritos, tamales, corn, potatoes, sweets of any kind including dextrose, glucose, hexitol, maltose, sucrose, honey, fructose, corn syrup, starch. Caffeine and alcohol

3. After finally getting the fibromyalgia diagnosis you really didn’t want, but now at least you know what the problem is, there are a lot of things you are going to want to learn about how to care for yourself and your condition. Details like medications, exercise plans, and a fibromyalgia diet are going to have to be reviewed. It’s important to be patient in the days and months following your diagnosis. The treatments of fibromyalgia are a trial and error practice. What works for one patient may not work for another one. As difficult as it is, keep your eye on the prize and in the meantime take a proactive stand with your own health.

* Watch your activity levels
* Get plenty of sleep
* Try following a fibromyalgia diet

Taking on fibromyalgia exercise is a bit like playing Russian roulette. On one hand if you don’t get enough exercise, you are likely to have problems sleeping and the pain in your joints and muscles is likely to be worse. If you get too much exercise, the same thing can occur for the opposite reason. Like your medications and therapies, it might take some time to find the right level of activity for you and it may change depending on what kind of day you are having.

As you well know chronic fatigue is very often a very real problem for people with fibromyalgia. Experts aren’t sure if sleep disorders cause or are caused by fibromyalgia, but the fact remains that people with issues like sleep apnea are at a higher risk for this painful disease. Most doctors don’t like to prescribe sleep aids unless they have to due to a risk of addiction. Once the patient stops taking the medication, they often have an even harder time getting good rest, so they really aren’t very helpful anyway. Getting exercise and making your environment conducive to rest are good strategies.

The official verdict is still out about the right fibromyalgia diet to follow. It can be said that many fibromyalgia patients have found that cutting alcohol, carbonated beverages, and caffeine in all its forms from coffee to chocolate has helped with their symptoms. A healthy diet has also been shown to help with the common fibromyalgia fatigue problem. Either way you look at it, eating well is definitely part of taking care of yourself with fibromyalgia.
