Does anyone know any good exercises to lose weight with fibromyalgia?
I have had fibromyalgia my whole life, which has gotten worse since the birth of my son almost 3 years ago. I have tried exercising, but if I do too much, I get really sick. I was wondering if there are any other fibromyalgia sufferers out there that have had success with particular exercises and diets. Thank you very much!

1. The pattern for losing weight is easy - consume less and workout more often - the issues surface when we actually try to put that into operation! There are plenty of opportunities to fail in the real world don't you think?! I uncovered some good help by visiting the site in the box below, they have plenty of tips and tricks, I shed 7 pounds by doing as they advised.
2. Weight loss requires healthy food choices, calorie counting and exercise. You do not have to do stressful exercises to tone up. You can walk. If you can't walk a mile, walk a block. If you can't walk fast, walk slow. If you have to rest during the walk, go someplace like a mall where there are benches along the way and walk a piece, rest a piece. You do not have to do those impossible exercises you see at the gyms. Fibromyalgia steals your energy but you still have a little if you use it wisely and listen to your body while you are doing it. You have to work with the disorder, not try to beat it.
