I want to know where to find the list of high protein diet on the internet for fibromyalgia?

I saw a posting from jmiller96003, telling about her success with protein diet for fibromyalgia. Is there a site that I can go to that has a list of all that I can eat and cannot? I am also wondering how many have had success with this diet. I saw this on Montel from Sylvia Browne and want to try. jmiller96003 will u contact me. I am new here and did not know how to contact u. I will try e-mailing u. Thanks Amy

1. Try this link

2. I would NOT go there until you have your liver checked for HCV as high protein means meats and red meats contain iron and iron is a NO NO for people with liver disease.

fibromyaglia is a symptom of HCV, get tested!

3. I agree with Giggling Willow's post, and I'd also like to suggest checking out Fibrohugs.com. I haven't been there in a while but have found the site helpful in the past.

To keep my pain under control, I take 800 mg. Aleve and a 1000-mg. flaxseed oil capsule at bedtime, and use Arnica (a homeopathic herb) as needed for flareups. Check out Fibrohugs and the other link below for more information. Let us know what works.
