Pain in lower back - right side - kidney problems?
I woke up last night with pain in my lower right back and side and worried it may be my kidneys. It is ok if im sitting down but i feel pain when i stand up or bend the wrong way. No pain if im just sittign stright - does this sound like it could be my kidneys?

1. If I suffer pain in that area it is inevitably a Urine or Kidney infection but my GP told me its not the usual place to feel it.A urine sample is going to be the only positive way of finding out ... meanwhile drink as much water or cranberry juice as you can.
