headache located back leftside of my head?

so i like playing video games and the other day i noticed that i was getting a headache in the back left side of my head, and whenever i play i keep getting them, and also when i go on my computer does anyone have any clues to what this could be?

1. idk if my bro was making it up but 1 time I played this game for a very long time and I too got a headache. My bro said it was a "Gamer's headache" hahahah yea idk if it's real. But you should take a break from video games for a while. Yahh I know it's addicting and fun and all, but it's not good to get headaches frequently. So just lay down and find something else to do for a few days. Hang wit friends or something

2. Headaches are caused by tight muscles in your neck and releasing those muscles will take care of the headaches. Here is how you can release it:
Neck
Invert your hands and put them next to your head placing your thumbs in under your ears and your fingers behind your head. Squeeze together and hold until the muscles release. Then slowly lower your head until your neck is fully extended, release the pressure but hold your head there for another 30 seconds.
One other way that also works for me is to press into my temples and hold pressure there for a minimum of 30 seconds. I kind of work my thumbs around the temple area as I do that finding the tightness there and holding the pressure on it until released.
