What can I take to help a headache that will not reduce my fever?

I have a slight fever and a terrible headache. I have always tried to let the fever run its course and I usually end up getting over my illness sooner. But this headache is absolutely miserable.

Are there any OTC analgesics that do NOT have an antipyretic effect?

1. there are two ways of getting rid of a headache naturally. One is to release the muscles in your neck where the headache gets it's start. Here's how to do that:
Neck
Invert your hands and put them next to your head placing your thumbs in under your ears and you lower your head until your neck is fully extended, release the pressure but hold your head there for another 30 seconds.
The other is to press into your temples and hold the pressure there for at least 30 seconds or until you get the desired amount of relief.

2. if u get frequent headaches u may meet a docotor.

3. Try nabilone (Cesamet)

4. U may like to try a dose of a herbal homeopathic remedy called Belladonna 30c and it can help u get rid of this terrible headache. Belladonna has been found to be useful in such acute condition like headache which is very bad. It just might help u as well
