I have knee pain in my left knee when using the leg press at the gym, and when playing football?
Does anybody have an idea for what this is?
The pain is a sort of shooting pain,that runs outside the knee cap, & my knee feels weakened.
Also, there isn't any swelling or bruising.
Another problem with it, after falling on the same knee yesterday, it has became worse, as in I get pain more often now, when doing things like sitting down or walking up the stairs.
