What home remedies will cure a headache?

1. Actually, if you learn self-hypnosis, you can get rid of all of your headaches in one minute flat.However, you must "dig the well before you are thirsty", if you know what I mean.... i.e. learn self-hypnosis so you can use it when a headache rears its ugly head.

2. Wow, the above answer is really excellent. My two cents:
I've always found that a bit of relaxing meditation helps more than any 'remedy.' Soothing music, dim lights...
Also, drink lots of water. Dehydration is a major cause of headaches.
3. Auto-reflex massage of points on your head and neck do help really good.
Nevertheless, like the above self-hypnosis, first you have to learn how.
It is much easier to practise and learn than hypnosis.
