About 4 weeks ago I woke up with this headache which I can actually describes as something between a headache and the sensation of pressure. The location of the pain is at the back of my head and feels as if it stops just where the neck starts. During the day I can feel it just simmering but it isn't really so that I would drink a painkiller.
The brunt of this headache happens during the night when I sleep. It seems to develop faster when I lie on my right side and when I turn to the left it seems to resides (going to sleep). During sleep it wakes me up and I feel horrible with pressure/pain. As soon as I wake more and sit/stand the headache seems to go away after a few minutes (not completely but just simmering again).
I can bend over, push pull etc and I don't get the pressure feeling in my head. My coordination and all other things seems very normal. Drinking painkillers during the day wouldn't take the simmer away completely it would just suppress it a bit more. My neck do feels a bit stiff the last few weeks.
The bad headache that awakes me up doesn't happen every night so there isn't a real pattern to it. The only thing I might have is a little elevated blood pressure and iron deficiency which I am being treated for.
Many Thanks
Forgot to mention: Both my forearems seems to die (sleep) during the night. This rarely happened in the past. Both ears also seems to "ring/high pitch" more than before.
