what causes a headache after masturbation?

ok so even though im not in a total mood to masturbate, i tend to get a headache or sometimes a sharp pain through the neck..this is weird but once i calm down, it goes away. Is this normal? It doesnt happen however, when i have sex, only when im in control i guess, if that makes sense.
