1. ThermaCare wraps work really well. Lie flat and bend your knees up, roll from side to side to sort of "massage" the spine.
Bend and lift one leg towards you, sort of "hugging" it to your chest only as far as comfortable. Change legs. Do this as many times as comfortable.
