What is a good way to relief back pain?
my spine hurts and its sore to touch. It has been bothering me for a while is their any stretch or anything to make it feel better

1. Try some "hot and cold" medicated cream that you buy at Walmart or and local store. It helped for me. Just rub it on and relax.
2. you have to know the source of the pain first before taking anything. you have to know weather the pain is from the vain or the bones but to relief the pain for now you can take muscle relaxer or you can stick one of those plasters that have pain relief and menthol in them.
3. Have you gone to the doctor? There are many different things it could be. A muscle, herniated disc, etc. usually they say heat for a muscle, but if you have a herniated disc and placed a heat pad on your back it could cause the disc to slip out. You should try unkers cream, or amish cream, or ben gay. The stuff smells, not to bad, but it relieves pain
4. Soak in a nice hot bath and make sure you get plenty of rest so that ur back has time to heal. If pain persist make an appointment with your physician.
