How to Get Back Pain Relief?

Hi! I'm in my 9th week of pregnancy and I have had wicked back pain since I found out I was pregnant at 3w5d. I have been to my doctor to make sure it wasnt anything serious (not ectopic or anything) and they said I'm perfectly fine...just a back pain sufferer and that my job probably helps make it a bit worse (I'm a full-time dental hygienist and posture is everything) Anyways...I was wondering what anyone else found gives them some relief? Because I know its only going to get worse as time goes on. Its in my very lower back and down into my bum...especially the right side. Anything that will help thats safe would be great. Thanks so much!

1. i started getting back pain around 5 or 6 months. horrid !! because i would sit alot. i never took anything i just complained. then it just went away.

2. when i was in my second trimester i used to lay on an exercise ball and roll up and down. it can help strengthen your muscles too. try stretching quite a bit when you get a chance. stay hydrated too, and you might try taking fish oil capsules. the omega 3s are sooo good for the baby's brain growth and function and they can also help lubricate your joints and make you feel better. get people to rub your back as much as you can! sorry about your back, and i hope it gets better soon!

3. my job is simillar. the most important thing is to have good shoes not too flat. u can also talk to your dr if some yoga is ok for u and try to sit as much as u can. good luck to u;)
