headache and nausea for the last 4 days?

First, I'd like to state I already called my dr's office, and have an appt in the morning.

I'm 31 weeks pregnant, for the last 4 days, I've been getting really bad headaches just by laying or sitting. This headaches make me sick to my stomach. I didn't have morning sickness at the beginning of the pregnancy nor did I ever have constant headaches before pregnancy. Anyone have any ideas on what might be causing them, or what I can do to relieve them?

1. go to doctor to be sure.

2. Well, not to scare you, but preclempsia is known to cause headaches due to hypertension. I was tested for it at about 30 weeks because my blood pressure randomly peaked and I kept getting headaches. Until the doctors tell you what's going on there isn't much you can do except get a lot of rest and take tylenol.

3. water and tell your doctor. This is pretty normal in the last trimester of pregnancy.

4. I also started getting headaches at 31 weeks. It was discovered I have pregnancy induced hypertension and mild preeclampsia. You need to bring this up to your doctor because if it is serious enough you will need to be either delivered or hospitalized and if its mild you will need to be on complete bedrest. I am now 33 weeks 3 days and have been on bedrest for the last 2 and a half weeks and have been hospitalized multiple times. It can be a very serious condition and needs to be monitored so please alert your doctor.
