she has had it for 2 years now and she hurts so bad that nothing helps.
she can't cook without hurting, she can't sit in one stop without hurting, she can't sit in the tub, or lay in bed. she shouldn't be hurting that bad and its a everyday thing. I'm seventeen about to be eighteen soon and I've been taking care of her ever sense this whole thing and i know there's something much more stronger then her medicine that isn't a pain killer. please help i don't know what to do. we already called a doctor and have a appointment and he isn't gonna do anything because he doesn't give 2 shits about his patients and we know this for a faced because he said i had pressure behind my ears and i went to another doctor 2 days later i had a server sinus infection so he is a complete idiot. please help

1. Take her to a specialist who deals in this disorder, such as a rheumatologist. It doesn't sound like you're going to get much health from the current doctor. Good luck to both you and your mom.

2. Maybe it would be worthwhile to cancel the doc appointment and make another appointment with a different doctor. Pain treatment options for fibromyalgia are limited. Unfortunately, there are situations like your mom's where nothing works well. Some treatment options are listed at the link.

A powerful pain medication that is suitable for long-term use is Talwin. It can be taken in combination with most of the treatments listed at the link and with meds like acetaminophen and Alleve to achieve maximum effect. This medicine may not completely relieve pain, but it should reduce it substantially and make it more bearable. Docs are sometimes reluctant to prescribe effective pain meds such as this because people become dependent. I think the issue of potential drug dependence is moot if a person is unable to function without pain relief.

3. The pain of fibromyalgia is very severe at times, there are very few meds that do actually work, sometimes they will work for a few days, weeks or even months.
I'm sorry to say at this time there isn't a cure and sadly most meds don't work.

There is very little you can do to help, you have done everything you can.

She needs to be able to rest as much as possible.

Things like changes in the weather, stress, infections, etc will make the symptoms worse.

There are lots of support websites on the Net who will be happy to give both you and your mom help, support and advice.

Hope this helps
