had lower right side pain all morning?
I have had a light pink discharge on the toilet paper when i pee for three days. No blood in urine. No fever just discomfort on my lower right side. No burning when I pee can anyone help this pain is awful. And the pain is in the right lower part of my back

It could be something mild, but it could also be an ovarian cyst, a bladder infection (which can move up into your kidneys), possibly Crohn's Disease (one of the number one symptoms of Crohn's is pain in the lower right side -- often mistaken for appendix attack) or it could be your appendix.With any of these, you should be seen by medical personnel.
