had lower right side pain all morning?

I have had a light pink discharge on the toilet paper when i pee for three days. No blood in urine. No fever just discomfort on my lower right side. No burning when I pee can anyone help this pain is awful. And the pain is in the right lower part of my back

1. See a doctor or go to the hospital. It could be something mild, but it could also be an ovarian cyst, a bladder infection (which can move up into your kidneys), possibly Crohn's Disease (one of the number one symptoms of Crohn's is pain in the lower right side -- often mistaken for appendix attack) or it could be your appendix.

With any of these, you should be seen by medical personnel.
