Hip / back pain with lower right side abdominal pain? Weird....help please?
ok,
Beginning a couple of days ago, i got sharp pains in my right side (about where an ovary would be)
I only had the pains a couple of times, like maybe 3-4 over a two day period and they only lasted a couple seconds. Kinda like moving the wrong way..
Today my low back started hurting more and more as the day went on and now my right abdomen (ovary area) hurts steady.
It especially hurts to walk!!! I am in a good bit of pain.
Can endometriosis cause something like this???
My low back is killing me/ its all on the 'right side' its like back pain, HIP PAIN and ovary pain combined!
Anyone ever experienced these symptoms???

1. you need to call your doc tor it maybe your appendixs or something else.
2. No, but I really believe you need to get to a doctor or an ER. You could have a lot of different things going on...appendix...ruptured ovarian cyst...painful right sided ovulation...disc...tendonitis...Go find out and get it taken care of. You don't need to be in pain. Good luck and God bless. KJL
3. I have endometriosis. Endometriosis sucks!!! I had my uterus out, but kept my ovaries.
It can cause pain all over. Back, abdomen, then radiating to the leg too.
But you should call your doctor.
Do you have a fever?
Could be urinary tract infection.
4. Right sided pain could potentially be appendicitis check out this information and if it the symptoms sound like what you are experiencing you want to get to a doctor. http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases/pubs/appendicitis/
It could be something as simple as a pinched nerve or a muscle spasm but if the pain is getting worse it is best to get checked out.
I hope you feel better soon!
5. no one on Yahoo can help you. see a doctor.
6. I was having these exact same symptoms - also on my right side and it turned out that I was just developing painful ovarian cysts during my cycle. Developing cysts during ovulation is very common and the cysts usually resolve on their own. However, they can get large/inflamed and rupture. With a rupture, you need to seek medical treatment right away.
And yes, endometriosis can cause your exact symptoms - my doc also gave me the option of looking into that by doing a laparoscopy. I didn't want any unnecessary surgery, so I chose to wait-and-see over a few cycles first, and I'm glad I did.
Lastly, like others have mentioned - your appendix is on the right side and this could easily be your problem as well. You really need to see a doctor right away to make sure it is not appendicitis. Appendicitis can be very serious if the appendix ruptures.
Don't take any chances - please see a doctor as soon as possible and good luck.
7. This could be anything from a bladder/kidney infection to appendicitis or a cyst on your ovary. Please go to the doctor ASAP to be treated. A ruptured appendix can kill you, a bladder/kidney infection is treatable with antibiotics and an ovarian cyst needs medical attention. If the doctor cant see you and your having a fever then go to the ER. Appendicitis is nothing to play with. Good luck.
