Diagnosis of knee pain and appearance of a hole in the tibia below the knee?
A coworker has pain in both knees, when bending or walking down stairs especially. The other day a hole appeared in the front of her tibia just below the knee and the next day the hole was gone. It was an indentation of about half an inch. Possible diagnosis?
