Can knee pain cause shin pain too?
I was at the store and all of a sudden my shin starts hurting. But I don't know why! Its was a brief pain and it left for a few minutes but it cam back as we were leaving and it started again in the car and at home!

1. Yes, I am sure it could..you have a sciatic nerve that runs all the way down your leg... a nerve could be pinched ...
