What causes knee pain?

I experienced a sort of clicking in my left knee and after that, it's painful to bend my knee. I especially feel it when I'm walking down the stairs or if I have to kneel, it really hurts. What could be causing this?

1. I got this before but there are too many reasons to it. I suggest you to visit a Specialist (doc).

For my case:
I have jogged too much that caused a little bit of my soft bone in between the knee cap. With this, I causes pain for me.

2. You might have Kneasles...

4. There are a host of opportunities to go wrong. Your BEST bet would be to see an orthopedist doctor.

Wearing good sneakers or walking shoes with a number higher than 600 may help alleviate some stress. Anti inflammatory may help too.

If you are overweight, loose it as they knees take a lot of abuse let alone without extra weight...

Good luck!

PS If is swells up, use a bag of ice with a towel between the ice and you for about 15 minute intervals....
