I have been suffering from chronic knee pain for 10 years?

Ive seen a podiatrist and and orthapedic surgeon and all i learned was my right knee cap never fused and that I am suffering from old age......Im only 24...all this after 14 xrays. Anyway my knees hurt constantly and i can always feel this grinding sensation when i bend my leg and i cant do leg extensions cause i get sharp pain in the general area of my MCL. Anyone have an idea so I can save some money and not see five doctors this time?
I am also slightly bow legged but not bad

2. Go to your Doctor and get a cortisone shot in them. Some lasts for a long time, sometimes they don't. They say taking some olive oil will help lubricate the joints. Down in lower West Virginia and in Kentucky, they spray their hurting joints with WD 40. They swear by it, after all, it's a penetrating oil. Make sure the heels of your shoes are level also. If they are wearing on the sides, that will make your joints hurt. Exercise those knees by riding a Stationary Bike, and use any creams like Aspercream that will penetrate, or Mineral Ice Gel. Moist heat on the joints will help also. Just take a towel, soak it with very hot water, ring it out and wrap the knee with it, then put some Aspercream on. You can also go to Wal-Marts and get yourself some knee supports, the ones with the knee cap section cut out. You may have to resort to surgery someday, by them simply installing new caps. But I also hear that instead of that, they have these replacement cartilage that they just insert between the cap and knee. There is also one for the knee, instead of replacing the knee with metal and cutting the bone and placing pins and rods through them. They spread the knee joint and slide these cartilage replacement pads or what ever they call them, between the knee joints. Better do something soon because the longer you have bone rubbing against bone, the bone will wear off more of it's surface. Maybe you need to see another orthapedic surgeon. Good luck to you sir, wish you well and success in whatever yoiu do..
