I get extreme headache in the back of my head every time i stand up, why?
if im lying in bed and then stand up this happens and i also sometimes feel Daisy and stop seeing for a few sec. if i have been sitting/lying for a while and then stand up. help, im afraid to stand up and move around becouse then my head hurts so much. I also vomited yesterday. is this something serious?

1. You have a brain sucker in your scull.2. A pain that intense could be serious, I would go to your doctor and check it out, although lots of people get the dizziness when standing up after lying down.
3. As a retired nurse epidemiologist the info you have in your question is very concerning. I can not diagnose here or on a phone. My gut feeling is your blood pressure. Orthostatic Hypotension. You really need to get to your doctor ASAP! Tell your doctor what you wrote in this question. You could have a number of situations and seeing a doctor asap is your best bet.
