What is your best remedy for an achy headache?
I slipped and fell on the ice today, and hit my head pretty hard. While I don't think I have a concussion, I have a little bit of a headache because of it. Any home remedies for a headache would be appreciated. Or I wouldn't mind going to the store and picking something up if you recommend it. Thanks.

1. do you have a medical facility close by? Hitting your head is very dangerous even when there are hardly any symptoms. Remember Natasha Richardson who fell while skiing, barely bumped her head, had slight headache, then hemmoraged. Very scary! Please get checked. But to answer your question, go for some tylenol, I would stay away from NSAID's in case you have a bleed.
