What causes me to see tiny flickers or tiny white spots before i get a headache?
Every time before i get a headache or even a migraine i'll see these tiny white spots with my eyes then like 20 minutes later my vision gets semi blurry and there goes a migraine. Have anyone else experienced this? If, so what causes this?

1. This is called a migraine "aura." Your description is a common symptom of a classical migraine. These flickers are not caused by your eyes, but by your brain instead. It was thought that your blood vessels constrict and then expand, which causes the spots and headache. Now it is debated whether that is truly the cause or simply a side effect. I have had many of these myself...when they first occurred they were pretty scary! If you haven't seen a doctor yet, you should have a checkup to make sure that it is not something more serious.
2. I can't say for sure what causes it, but I get migraines a lot and I know when I start seeing the lightning bolts in the corner of my eye to slam a handful of excedrin and lay down somewhere dark cause the headache is just around the corner.
