Weird headache in the lower back of head?

I have been getting a very dull headache in the lower back of my head. The best way to describe it is that its similar to someone holding onto your arm(or any other body part): it doesn't actually hurt, but you can feel it. it seems to be right above my neck where my head starts. Sort of a numbness feeling, and it seems like it has to do maybe with my spine.

I do drink a lot on weekends (Its not a hangover headache), could overall general drinking and "blacking out" be causing this? it seems to come later the next day, even into the day after that.

I am getting concerned, cause like most people, I'm assuming for the worst, such as a tumor or such.

Also could my wisdom teeth be causing this? I haven't gotten them removed, which was supposed to be over the summer. I have been delaying the removal, for various reasons.

Anyone have any answers for this? What action I should take (Besides seeing a doctor)

1. I think you should go see a chiropractor, because your neck or spine may be out of line. Once they get you back in line, the blood can flow more freely, and possible relieve your headache. Especially since the headache is lower back head, it could be that your out of line.
