Headache In Back of Head, Brain Tumor? or Tension?

I started noticing this about 2 weeks ago, it first started and in some cases still remains as an unexplainable to tingly sort of feeling around the bald spot area on the center of the head. But recently I noticed I've been getting these weird sort of tightening/heaviness feeling in the back of the head while the tingly feeling still remains. And I have felt as if I haven't been getting the amount of sleep I usually get, and I've been tired and the headache persisted, and sorta feels like it goes down to my neck area, now I'm a really paranoid person and when something happens to me I automatically assume it's the worst case. And I've had these bad thoughts about "what if I die, what if this what if that" And I am assuming that some of the pain is generated from my negative thoughts. I asked my mom and she said it's stress and not eating healthy. I also went to my doc when I was sick, this was when the pain wasn't as bad, and when I told him, it felt as if he just blew the question off and said all these soar throats and headaches I'm feeling are from allergies. But for some reason I don't trust him. So I wanted to see what you guys have to think. So if you can please help me out and give your opinions as best you can, thanks!

1. Do you wake up with headaches ? I had a brain tumor. When my head hurt, there was no tingling. Just massive throbbing. Is anything wrong with your senses (eyes, ears, speech, etc)? Do you get dizzy sometimes? If someone holds their finger in front of your eyes and asks you to follow it with your eyes, can you? Any sensitivity to light? I am not trying to scare you, but these are some symptoms of brain tumors. I know, from personal experience. If you are so worried, ask you doc if you can get a ct or an mri. These machines will find out, however, they are expensive. I do hope you the best. I pray that you do not have a brain tumor, they are miserable.
