Headache, back of head?

I get headaches (migraines, sinus headaches, etc.) fairly often, but never like this.

The back left of my head, sort of straight back from the top of my ear (so higher, not at my neck, and not at the top of my head) throbs and feels like my brain's being squeezed. It gets worse when I turn my head to the right (but not the left)- and again, squeezing kind of pain, doesn't shoot down my neck or anything so it doesn't seem like it's muscular.

I've been getting it on and off for a couple of weeks. I've also fainted twice in the last 3 weeks (possibly unrelated, but as of yet also undiagnosed, so maybe relevant), and been dizzy and lightheaded numerous other times. This is often accompanied by my heart racing.

Few random other details, because I don't know what may or may not matter: I've had a bit of a runny nose on and off- no congestion, just runny nose, which is unusual for me. No sinus pressure or pain in the front of my head, though. I'm a 22 year old female, 5'5" and 122lbs, in otherwise good condition, on birth control.

I am a college student, which does come with a certain amount of stress, but I haven't felt any more or less so than normal, so I'm not inclined to think it's a tension headache.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

1. I personally do not suffer with migraines or headaches but I know of this site that talks about them and well you can check it out and see if it will help you. I hope you get over them because they sound very painful.
