What is causing my chronic knee pain?

I am 23, fairly active and have been suffering from activity induced pain in my right knee for at least two years. I cannot recall when it began and haven't suffered any injuries that I can attribute it to.

The outside of my right knee becomes extremely tender to touch and pressure and I will have a dull ache for hours after considerable activity. Stairs and ladders specifically will aggravate the condition. I have found relief from an elastic "ace" bandage worn when I work out or jog and that seems to prevent 90% of my pain but I am still concerned.

Additionally, there is a bump about one inch above the top of the fibia that protrudes considerably more on this knee than my unaffected knee.

1. Hi! I don't know what is causing your knee pain, but I suffer from a similar pain as you describe. I found that Soma Watson Muscle Relaxers is what helps me deal with the knee pain. Soma is a muscle relaxant used to relieve the pain and stiffness of muscle spasms and discomfort due to strain and sprain. I also buy soma online with no prior prescription which save me time and money! http://www.somawatsonmedication.com/ .visit this website for more info on soma watson. Good Luck dear!
