1. You mean you cant focus or think straight? if so then yes

2. By blank mind, do you mean inability to think or just no thoughts? Pain can make you not want to think, or so distracted that you don't think, which is normal. But if you have real problems focusing on things, thinking in general, it could be something more serious than a headache. But really I think you're fine. If you're able to focus enough to write on a website, even after the headache, you are completely fine.
