What can cause knee pain outside of injury?
everytime i sit down and stand back up even for a couple of seconds, my knee gets a sharp pain and my knee shakes, it really hurts so please help.

1. It may be growing pains or maybe you have weak knees and need a brace on it. Go to the doctor and see.
