Are there any exercises i can do to get rid of my knee pain?

After about 15-20 minutes of running the inside of my knee starts to get really stiff and i have to stop due to the pain. This is a huge problem since i am leaving for the navy in April. So is there any exercises i can do to strengthen the ligaments and muscles inside my knee to get that stiffness to go away?

1. try water aerobics. It will put less stress on your joints, but you can still burn lots of calories. Also, try using Glucosamine to help with your joints. Good luck!

2. You can try do stretches to relieve stiffness. Best is to check with Physio therapist.

Leg extensions may help to strengthen your quad.
