Pregnancy headaches and cooling the body?

Hi! I am a Malaysian and I am 4 months pregnant . I frequently have headaches and I feel my body overheating, which causes the headaches. I understand that Panadols and mild pain killers are not advisable as a pre-natal treatment.

Can u suggest some safe home remedies for

1) pregnancy headaches
2) cooling the body
3) constipation

TQ.

1. The most relaxing thing to do is to take a nice warm bath and just chill out.

2. 1) pregnancy headaches
drink ample water. a lot of headaches stem from dehydration. light exercise can help when the headache begins, a walk around the block may fight off the headache.
panadol is safe in pregnancy, so if you need one, take it.

2) cooling the body
drinking water. eating cool foods. a warm/cool bath. placing a wet face washer over your forehead and one on the back of your neck.

3) constipation
drinking ample water. eating mainly fruit and vegetables. light exercise. try eating some prunes or drinking half a glass of prune juice to get quick relief. cut back on fats, sugars and salts. if nothing seems to hep, see your doctor about getting some stool softeners.
