Is colorless urine and lower back pain any cause for alarm?

I had a back spasm (intense pain in my lower back) a couple days ago, but it faded after a night's sleep. Today I've had this dull, minor pain in my lower back that's just kind of there, not increasing or becoming any sort of annoyance. My urine has also been colorless, which is weird since I haven't been drinking fluids any more than usual. Is there something wrong?

1. Wow... you probably need a doctor, or if the pain intensifies an emergency room visit.

2. sounds like a minor problem, and not likely connected.
minor back pain would probably do well with an antiinflammatory like Advil. Tylenol just is good for pain.

and clear urine is actually good; means you are properly hydrated. if it is really yellow or amber, you aren't drinking enough.
