home remedies for headaches?
I've been fighting a headache for the last 3 days... sometimes its extremely painful and the next second its hardly noticeable..
It's mostly located at the back of my skull and hurts worse when I move my head.. I'm assuming I pinched a nerve.
I've tried countless things to take it away and it just won't go away :(
anyone have any home remedies that has worked for you? I'm beginning to go crazy lol

1. If it's a pinched nerve or strained muscle, then go to the doctor. If it is eyestrain, give up TV and the computer for a few days.2. the back of the head holds most of the eye nerves, so you might want to go to a doctor about it who knows a lot about the brain
