What are some good exercises for back pain?

I have a large chest, for lack of a better term, and it's always caused me back problems. Are there any exercises I can do at home to help with my constant back pain? I can't afford to go to a chiropractor, or a breast reduction so please do not suggest those things.
Also do not suggest medication please. I don't like medication and I can't afford going to a doctor.

1. I suggest a tub of hot water as hot as you can stand it as often as possible. It will relax those sore muscles and you will feel better after a few soaks.

2. here are some articles about some treatment options for back pain

3. You should go and see your doctor so they can examine you and advise on appropriate action. This might involve referral to someone like a chiropractor for treatment and advice but clearly you may decide that this is not an option for you.. If it is back pain related to your bust size, you are not alone - in a survey by the British Chiropractic Association (BCA) 47% of women felt that their breast size had a negative impact on their posture. The BCA has some specific advice regarding this issue that may be of interest - http://bit.ly/iplnx

4. What you need to do is strengthen your peck muscles so they can support the weight. Push ups are a great pec exercise. They also stretchen the back muscle adjacent from the breast so you get all over support. If your unable to do a push up then stand about a foot from a wall and do a push up against the wall. Take another step away from the wall when your able. soon enough you will be able to do a regular push up. Stretching those muscles on a regular basis will feel fabulous. My favorite is to stand in a doorway with ur arms on the wall just before the doorway. Then walk through the door. This should pull on ur teres and pec muscles. Hold for 10 seconds and release. Having sports massage on a regular basis would help too. Most who perform sports massage do several stretches to help relieve back pain and stiff muscles. Good luck. Hope this helps.

5. I have slept on the floor for years. It keeps my spine straight. I do have some padding, it' a judo tatami, it helps a lot.
Also do spine stretching.
