What are some causes of very painful headache around forehead near the eye region?
Its been this way since last night and I dont have any pain meds on hand.

1. Eyestrain. Most likely tension headache.2. Could be a migrain if it's very accute pain. Try aspirin (not if you're on your periods) as it increase the blood flow and reduce your migrain
3. Close your eyes and put a hot towel over your eyes if you can get over the counter Advil that will help as well .
4. Might be sinusitis, especially if your headache is worse when you move your head.
