I have this pain on my lower right side back.?
I just started feeling this pain in my lower right side back. It dosent hurt to terribly bad but its very noticeable and only comes when i lay down, but goes away if i roll over and lay on my back. I am 19, 5'11 and 135lbs if that helps. I have no idea what this could be.

1. um you should check with a doctor it might be an appendix problem or maybe the way u are breathing it could be cramps i get a sort of pain when i run its usally a cramp caused by the way i am breathing
2. hi hope this helps
may not be the same but i have lower back pain that is only on the right side, if it hurts to sit, stand and walk for 30 mins or more, then you could have a similar problem to me, which i have been told by my physiotherapist that my bottom and thigh muscles are working harder to compensate for my back muscles not working, which has caused my pelvis to come forward and it to be out of place,
i have had xrays done which didn't show anything, but was also told that the muscles do not show up on any xray but does not mean you do not have any pain, which was a huge relief as it meant i was not liying about having pain.
if you pain gets worse i would suggest that you go to your doctor to rule anything else out first, but then i would find a physiotherapist who you feel comfortable with and that also specialises in the lumbo pelvic region.
good luck, hope you feel better soon.
3. it could be a pulled muscle or ligaments or perhaps a trapped nerve, appendix problems, infections, see you doctor for diagnosis
4. It sounds like a muscle strain, and nothing to worry about . Just apply a heat pack or hottie to the area, and rest when you can.
