lower back right side pain?
This morning I had a really stinging feeling on the right side of my lower back. It hurt most when I stretched my right leg. The pain is gone now but does anyone know what it might have been?

1. Lots of possibilities, but most probably a pinched nerve in your back. Other possibilities can be anything form a pulled muscle to kidney problems. not to worry if it doesn't return.
2. isn't its just a mere muscle cramps? if you suspects more than that, try to see a doctor, it's much better to be sure sometimes.

Mustard oil, sesame oil, and coconut oil can be use as suitable alternatives. To use these oils as rubefacients, cook them on a slow fire till they become brown. Let it chill before applying it vigorously on one’s back. Leave it for 3 hours. The patient may take a warm bath afterwards. Continue this treatment for at least fifteen days.
Treatment using Lemon:
Make a juice out of 1 lemon and mix it with rock salt. Drink it twice everyday.
Treatment using Chebulic Myroblan:
For a quick relief, Eat a small piece chebulic myroblan fruit in after every meals.

Take about 2,000 mg of vitamin C everyday to relieve oneself from back pains within two days.
