Stinging pain in lower back side of right leg?

I've played soccer two days ago and someone managed to hit me on the lower back side of my right leg, I didn't experience much pain when it happened, but the day after when I woke up I had real difficulties walking.

There's this stinging pain which appears when I put pressure on the right leg. It feels like a nerve is stretching itself, I don't even know if that's possible. Any suggestions on how I can treat it to make it go away as fast as possible would be very much appreciated!

1. It sounds like your sciatic nerve has been stretched or irritated. I am recovering from the same thing except mines turned out to be a bulged disc,so i have a few more symptoms than you. I did feel the stretching and stinging of that nerve. There may be some home remedies for that, but if all else fails I would go see a doctor. Try and good sciatic nerve
