Chronic knee and foot pain?
My knees hurt often and the arch of my feet do too. The pain is worse if I walk around in heels or barefoot. What could be the problem?
I am 5'2 and 130 lbs. I'm 19 and I don't think I have arthritis.

1. Not to be funny but have you gained weight lately? It could be that or arthritis.
2. There are several questions you need to ask yourself. Are you still growing? Extreme growth in females can occur until 20. Have your arches fallen? This will cause knee and ankle pain. If you look at your legs, would you consider yourself knock kneed or bow legged? They both will cause excess pressure on the joints resulting in pain. Does arthritis run in your family? Young people who have arthritis usually inherit it.
Solutions: Can't stop yourself from growing, but you can manage the pain naturally. (see website below) If you have fallen arches or have either anatomical leg structure then you can have orthodics (foot inserts custom made) for your feet. You just put them in your shoes and over time they will help. Find out about your family history and then refer back to the website below...
