1. hot bath, relaxing, massage if someone there can do that...especially the scalp and temples. I know you said natural, but some aspirin or tylenol with caffeine is good too.

Do all the body cleanses, drink apple cidder vinegar, do not ever consume any artificial sweeteners, reduce stress, acupuncture, alphabiotics, chiropractic adjustments. Really, hope this helps because it should.
