1. just rest quietly in a darkened area with a cold compress over your eyes. It helps.
2. Depends on where your head ache is coming from.
Stress: Relax take a hot bath then a cold shower right after. Then lay down and have a cup of St. Johns Worth tea ( It will calm you down). Chamomile will help too ( local grocer in the tea ile).
Tention: Should get a massage then drink lots of water ( hot bath relaxes the muscles).
Dehydration: Even though its winter and its cold and you may not feel thursty a couple of glasses of water to rehydrade the body + one bottle of gatorade for the electrolytes!
Hope that helpes and have fun i Disney World
3. First, drink a lot of water as any dehyrdation will cause it.
Second, I used to get headaches until I started taking a daily capsule of grape seed, it also stops all colds and flu if you buy the expensive kind
Third, an herb called Feverfew can be purchased at health stores that may help with chronic headaches.
these are PREVENTION which is a big change from reaction - but better.
4. SAGE! Not powder dried sage.Make a cup of tea and drink it.An old women told me to do this I did think she was crazy but hey it is just sage I thought and what do you know it went away! I don't know what sort of headaches this will or want work on that I dont know.
5. Also coffee (caffeine) helps and maybe, if you can get some, willow bark tea.
The advice to drink plenty of water helps, and also try to eat less fatty foods and more green stuff.
have fun in Disney World
6. The only thing I can eat when I have a headache, migraine (TGI been a long time) or sinus headache, is a plate of cottage cheese and some canned peaches. Nothing else. Since you said "food" I won't bore you with my tea ceremony method of headache prevention. Feel better.

7. Juice Therapy:
"The most common cause of headaches are constipation and liver malfunction," says Eve Campanelli, Ph.D., a holistic family practitioner in Beverly Hills, California. For those prone to headaches, Dr. Campanelli recommends twice-daily doses of apple-spinach juice for its gentle laxative qualities. "Mix one ounces of spinach juice into eight ounces of apple juice, and you'll never taste the spinach," she promises.
Once constipation has been cleared up, Dr. Campanelli advises getting the liver moving with a blend of 8 ounce of carrot juice, 1 ounce of beet juice, 4 ounces of celery juice and 1/2 to 1 ounce of parsley juice. "Drinking this juice once or twice a day helps the liver filter out toxins more effectively , resulting in fewer headaches," explain Dr. Campanelli. See your doctor if your headaches persist, she says.
8. Maybe a cup of water. If this doesn't work, try rubbying your forehead or maybe lie down. Think about something that soothes you, and lets you go to sleep.
