I'm having chronic knee pain. Can your big toe cause this problem? Alignment issue? I have orthotics.?

-I worry it's going to blow
-painful for months now
-dr said i need to develop my quad more? but that seems like a quick fix? might there be actual damage?

1. you might have some muscle or bone injury. Try seeing a diffrent Doctor!

2. My arthritis started in my foot. Now it's everywhere. It would be a good idea to be seen by a doctor and get started on the correct treatment.

3. Equity between the quads and hamstrings is important. However if you injured your toe your ankle and knee may need tweeked. Go to a DO.
